29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use (Construction Reference 1926.103):  a.) 4 Horizon rd. Fort Lee, NJ: Employees were required to wear N95's and 3M half face elastomeric respirators while drilling holes into a concrete slab ceiling to hang pipes. The employer did not establish or implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures, on or about December 14, 2021.

Fort Lee, NJ : Employees were required to wear N95's and 3M half face elastomeric respirators while drilling holes into a concrete slab to hang pipes. The employer did make sure employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were  fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, on or about December 14, 2021.
