29 CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:   In the main workshop area at 160 Southbridge St Auburn, MA 01501:  On and before January 19, 2022, employees were provided and allowed to use filtering facepiece respirators, on a voluntary basis, during sanding, finishing and clean up in the production area.  Employees engaged in sweeping wood chips and dust were permitted to wear Moldex 2200N95 particulate respirators voluntarily to protect from nuisance dust without the basic advisory information on respirators contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134.
