Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about December 20, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall of at least fourteen feet above lower level from residential roof where fall protection was not used.
