Employees engaged in the servicing and maintenance of heavy construction equipment used chemicals that included, but were not limited to oxygen, acetylene, spray lubricants and cleaners, Encore Petroleum anti-freeze, and Encore Petroleum synthetic SAE 15W-40 CK-4 oil, where the employer failed to provide training on hazards associated with the use of those chemicals.
