Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  New residential construction located on Lot #43 at 29 Unbridled Way, Newnan, GA 30263, Front side of structure: On or about 12/16/2021, the employer exposed an employee to falls up to 7-feet, 7-inches to the lower level, in that a safe means of access to the work platform on the tubular welded scaffold was not provided.
