29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A):The employer did not ensure that each employee with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a standard guardrail system:  a)	On or about 12/21/22, at the JFK International Airport Terminal 5 Gate 24, Jamaica, NY  Employees operated belt loaders to load/unload passenger luggage to/from a cargo compartment of the aircraft. The employees walking  on the unprotected conveyor of the belt loader for access to the cargo compartment door were exposed the hazard of falling approximately 6 feet to the concrete ground.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
