29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At a residential worksite located at 6400 N Indiana, Gladstone MO -- employees engaged in removing old and installing new gutters while working from the roof along the edge were not wearing fall protection or using any kind of fall arrest system. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 13 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 12/21/2021.
