29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): 141 Mendon St, Hopedale, MA: On April 8, 2022 and at times prior, the employer did not have the required training and evaluation documents for all employees who operated powered industrial trucks (PIT). The company president who had previous training and was proficient in operating the PITs at the site, had no training or evaluation documentation.
