29 CFR 1910.22(a): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) On the 2nd floor, on or about December 28, 2021 - Passageways and storerooms were not kept in a clean and orderly condition. The floors had plaster on the ground creating a tripping and/or slipping hazard. b) In the conveyor room, on or about December 28, 2021 - A storeroom was not kept in a orderly condition. Plaster is cracked and falling from the ceiling creating a struck by hazard.
