29 CFR  1910.334(a)(4):Portable electric equipment and flexible cords used in highly conductive work locations, or in job locations where employees were likely to contact water or  conductive liquids, were not approved for those locations:  On about December 28, 2021, in tank seven of dry-dock five; employees used string-light components and electrical cords (not approved for use in wet locations) that were submerged in sump water covering the tank floor.
