State Express Truck Repair Shop LLC., 16090 E. Smith Rd., Aurora, CO 80011: On and before December 28, 2021, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program that pertains to employee use of chemicals, including a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present in the workplace.  Hazardous chemicals in the workplace included but were not limited to used automotive oil (flammable), and diesel fuel (flammable, inhalation acute toxicity, skin irritant, carcinogen, reproductive toxicity).

Smith Rd., Aurora, CO 80011: On and before December 28, 2021, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled with the identity of the chemical product. Chemicals included but were not limited to used automotive oil (flammable), and diesel fuel (flammable, inhalation acute toxicity, skin irritant, carcinogen, reproductive toxicity). This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.

Hazardous chemicals in the workplace included but were not limited to used automotive oil (flammable), and diesel fuel (flammable, inhalation acute toxicity, skin irritant, carcinogen, reproductive toxicity).  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
