29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to injuries struck-by and crushing hazards from inadequately maintained and labeled secure racking systems:    Location: 2 Nice-Pak Park Orangeburg, NY 10962 - Warehouse Department    a) On or about July 19, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the rack columns, approximately 40ft with different materials and equipment, were anchored to the floor with anchor bolts adequate to resist all applicable forces.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  Location: 2 Nice-Pak Park Orangeburg, NY 10962 - Warehouse Department  a) On or about July 19, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the aisles in the warehouse with pallet racks, approximately 18ft high, had signs posted along the exit access that indicated the direction of travel to the nearest exit.
