29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) On or about January 4, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to organic vapors from spraying paints as they wore respirators with facial hair that potentially interfered with the seal of the half-face tight-fitting respirators they used.

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: (a) On or about January 4, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards as combustible trash from the paint mixing room was stored in an open plastic trash receptacle instead of a closed metal receptacle.
