29 CFR  1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:   a) 372 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ/ Roof:    The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline was used to fuel the air compressor on the jobsite, on or about 1/03/2022.
