29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 4, 2022, employees on the south and south side of the site were performing roofing work without fall protection above six feet from the lower level. Instance A) The church annex is on the south side of the campus. Instance B) The church arena building on the north side of campus.
