29 CFR 1926.502(b)(9): Top rails and mid-rails were not at least one-quarter (0.6 cm) nominal diameter or thickness to prevent cuts and lacerations. Wire rope used as top rails was not flagged at 6-foot (1.8 m) intervals or less with high-visibility materials. on or about January 5, 2022, employees on the northeast side of the site, were gathering materials in an area on the second level where there was no flagging on the steel/wire rope guardrail.
