29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffolding platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide.  On or about January 5, 2022, an employee on the southeast side of the site was performing steel erection duties while standing on the mid rail of the scissor lift.
