This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately Fourteen (14) feet onto concrete and asphalt.  (b) On or about January 06, 2022, employee(s) conducting removal of damaged Building materials  as part of  demolition and construction work from the second floor mezzanine of the structure were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eight  (8) feet, five (5) inches onto building materials and concrete.
