29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  Employees engaged in using a 100 foot extension cord to power an Old Milwaukee hole saw were exposed to electrical hazards at building 6 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas due to the outer jacket  of the power cord pulling away from the plug end, thus exposing the conductors.
