29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): On or about: January 6, and January 11, 2022 Location: 2 Glenshaw St. Orangeburg, NY 10962 a) Machine 301 electrical cabinet for pendant control station was not secure exposing employees to electrocution hazard. b) 480 Volt cabinet for machine 301 was open, and not secure exposing employees to electrocution hazard. c) Plastic film folding machine cabinet was open and not secure exposing employees to electrocution hazard. d) Fas Inc. Spinner CW-1 electrical panel has broken lock. Employees are utilizing electrical panel as a storage cabinet exposing them to electrocution hazards.
