29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. Site - On or about December 28, 2021, employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards of over 11 feet.  Rainy Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498757, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/4/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 88 North Ave. Haverhill, MA.  Rainy Exteriors Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470137, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Holden Road. Shirley, MA.
