29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a)  6173 West Hickory Grove, Letohatchee, AL;  On or about January 5, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14 feet 3 inches to the ground below in that the employer failed to require the use of fall protection when employees were using a gas powered leaf blower to clean sawdust and other debris from a metal roof.
