29 CFR  1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970.   On or about January 7, 2022 at this workplace, employees conducted  general contractor construction operations and supervision at this multi-story commercial building under construction, and the fire extinguishers at several levels were not compliant with the periodic inspections in accordance with N.F.P.A No. 10A-1970.
