29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 4613 FL-20, Niceville, Florida; On or about January 07, 2022 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 40 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
