29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: New townhome construction located on Lot #3 at 1711 Prelude Point SE, Marietta, GA 30067, Front side: On or about 01/12/2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic finish, siding, and framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI. Employees were exposed to plastic and metal collated fragments and fasteners from each tool.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. New townhome construction located on Lot #3 at 1711 Prelude Point SE, Marietta, GA 30067, Front side: On or about 01/12/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not used while working from a pump jack scaffold system engaged in Hardie Plank Siding installation activities.
