U.S. Postal Service: Employees were exposed to safety hazards related to slips and falls during their normal job duties because the workroom floor was not maintained in a clean and dry condition. There were some water leak issues which flooded the workroom floor, and no barriers were placed to keep employees outside these slippery surfaces.
