The employee alarm system must use a distinctive signal for each purpose and comply with the requirements in �� 1910.165. a) 156 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ: clerk employees were exposed to 28 PPM of carbon monoxide when a broiler malfunctioned on January 3, 2022. The employer did not have or maintain an employee alarm system to warn for necessary emergency action in the event of a release of carbon monoxide, on or about January 12, 2022.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a) 156 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ: clerk employees were exposed to 28 PPM of carbon monoxide when a broiler malfunctioned on January 3, 2022. An American flag was covering an "Not an Exit" sign to the shipping dock exit, on or about January 12, 2022. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562637, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 156 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ.
