29 CFR 1926.102(a) (1): Eye and face protective equipment was not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a. On or about January 13, 2022, Overlook at Hamilton Mill Subdivision, Lot #73, Braselton, GA - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were performing framing activities on the newly constructed residential home, with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On or about January 13, 2022, Overlook at Hamilton Mill Subdivision, Lot #73, Braselton, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. An employee was not utilizing fall protection while installing roof decking /plywood sheathing while working on the roof, approximately 20 feet above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:   a.  On or about January 13, 2022,Overlook at Hamilton Mill Subdivision, Lot #73, Braselton, GA (newly residential home) - Employee were exposed to fall hazard.  An employee was using a 18ft. portable extension ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to gain access to the elevated working surface (roof).
