29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Repack Area DM-2 Reversing Conveyor - On or about January 13, 2022, insulation material (wool) was stored in front of the electrical disconnects (480 Volts) blocking access to the disconnects.  b) Repack Area Boundary Line Panels - On or about January 13, 2022, insulation material was stored in front of the 208 Volt electrical panel blocking access to the panel.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a) Repack Area by the Hi-Vac - On or about January 13, 2022, an exit route was not kept free and unobstructed with  insulation material and debris placed on the floor of the exit route leading to the exit door.  b) Repack Area Stairwell by the Hi-Vac - On or about January 13, 2022, an exit route was not kept free and unobstructed with insulation material being stored and placed on the stairs of the exit route stairwell.  c) Robot Area - On or about January 13, 2022, employees were exposed to slip, trip, fall hazards due to the insulation material being all over the floor near the Robots due to the Robot popping some of the bags.  Owens Corning Insulating Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230254, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03-16-2018 with respect to a workplace located at 1277 Feura Bush Rd, Feura Bush, NY 12067.
