29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) Woodwork Shop Area: On or about January 11, 2022, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that a MiniMax model S 350WS panel saw was not guarded when used by employees in the fabrication of cabinetry, carpentry and counter tops.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Woodworking Shop - On or about January 11, 2022, employees were not provided with effective hazardous communication training, exposing employees to possible skin, eye, and respiratory irritations from flammable chemicals including but not limited to Taylor 600 contact adhesive and A&M Supply #102 cleaner being used for cabinetry and carpentry.
