29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite was located at 2000 Lowther Drive, Eatontown, NJ 07724 Employees were exposed to fall hazards as they were working on a steep pitched roof with multiple elevations ranging from 10-12 to 18-12 with no fall protection on to prevent them from falling to the ground three stories below. Violation occurred on or about January 12, 2022
