29 CFR 1910.28(c): The employer did not protect employees exposed to falling objects. a) Worksite, 38 Pleasant Run Lane, Dix Hills NY - Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working at ground level within the drop zone of tree felling operations; on or about 1/13/22. b) Worksite, 38 Pleasant Run Lane Dix Hills NY- Employees were working directly below ongoing tree cutting and were not wearing head protection; on or about 1/13/22. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
