OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from manually handling boxes containing screen grids: A) Idlewild Holdings on or about January 12, 2022 in the storage room: employees were moving boxes from a pallet to a storage area. Two employees were moving boxes from a pallet when the pallet of boxes began to tip towards the employee. The boxes struck the employee when the boxes fell. The boxes knocked the employee backwards resulting in head and chest injuries.

A) Idlewild Holdings LLC., on or about January 12, 2022 warehouse: Masking tape had been placed over individual circuit breakers in the panel. The tape prevented identifying whether the breakers were in the On or Off position.
