29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about January 13, 2022, the employer, Nebraskland Tire and Service, dba: Coloradoland Tire and Service, did not ensure bays 7 and 8, in the vehicle service areas were kept clean, orderly, and in sanitary condition. Observed were large piles of dirt, slick areas covered in oil and grease, and tools, and parts in the walkways in between the two bays that were still being accessed by employees. This exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
