The water technician employee was last fit tested on August 28, 2020.  c) On or about December 29, 2021, at a job site located at 327 Cross Road, Sobieski, Wisconsin,  a water technician employee required to wear a full face cartridge respirator to perform water remediation work tasks was not current with his annual fit test. The water technician employee was last fit tested on August 28, 2020.  The Mazzoleni Restoration Services DBA Puroclean Property Restoration Professionals was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314650, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1364 Reber Street, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
