29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 12, 2022, employees were performing work without utilizing appropriate fall protection. Instance A: On the north side of the structure, employee(s) were installing soffit trim more than 6 feet above a lower level without fall protection. Instance B: On the west side of the structure an employee was installing barricade wrap insulation on the roof deck more than 6 feet above a lower level without fall protection.
