A Seabra Foods 1 LLC dba Seabra's Market, Inc. 1350 Galloping Hill Road, Union, NJ 07083 - Facility: The employer did not provide personal protective equipment, stainless steel protective gloves, to assist and protect employees engaged in vegetable cutting operations. An employee was tasked to cut collard greens while using a vegetable cutter and suffered avulsion of his right index finger tip. Violation occurred on or about January 18, 2022.

A Seabra Foods 1 LLC dba Seabra's Market, Inc. 1350 Galloping Hill RoadUNION, NJ 07083 - Produce: A vegetable cutting machine was not adequately guarded to protect employee's hands from contacting the point of operation of the blade. There was no guard secured to the machinery to prevent contact with the blade. Condition observed on or about 1/18/2022.
