Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided:  (a) Daktronics, Inc. at the Daktronics Brookings Campus, 201 Daktronics Drive, Brookings, SD 57006: On or about and at times prior to January 17, 2022, the employer did not ensure that special tools or other means were utilized for placing and/or removing materials from the Trumpf Trumabend V-200 Press Brake.  This condition exposed the employee to hazards associated with the backstop and the stock.
