29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months: a) Service Bay, Track Side Auto Body, Inc. dba Track Side Auto Body: On or about January 18, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by while operating the overhead box lifting frame hoist, used to lift boxes off trucks. The employer failed to ensure that the periodic inspection was conducted.
