The last inspection of the portable fire extinguishers had occurred December 2009. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Clarke Container, Inc. - On or about 1/19/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 240 volt electrical panel box #1 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, wood, rags, and chemicals. b.) Clarke Container, Inc. - On or about 1/19/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 240 volt electrical panel box #2 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, chemicals. c.) Clarke Container, Inc. - On or about 1/19/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 480 volt electrical pane box #3 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, a broken wire spool. d.) Clarke Container, Inc. - On or about 1/19/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 120 volt electrical panel box #4 was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, pallets of boxes, and cylinders.
