Holly NJ: Two employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 8 inches from the ground surface below, when performing exterior brick installation and other related activities from the top buck of a refabricated, tubular welded framed scaffold and side brackets that were not supplied with guardrails and end stops.  Condition observed on or about 01/19/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
