(a) In the warehouse, near the forklift charging station, on or about December 8, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that a metal junction box was not adequately secured to the wall while employees charged forklifts. (b) In the warehouse, near the forklift charging station, on or about December 8, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that electrical conduit coming from a metal junction box was not adequately secured to the junction box where employees accessed the area to charge forklifts.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A):For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: (a) In the main warehouse area near the forklift battery charging stations, on or about December 8, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure items including, but not limited to, pallets, battery chargers, and water coolers were not stored within 3 feet of electric panels operating at less than 600 volts, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
