29 CFR 1917.44(d): The employer did not direct motor vehicle operators to comply with posted speed limits and other traffic control signs or signals, and written traffic instructions: On or about 20 January 2022, at both dry stacks and all access roads connecting, Villa Marina, Fajardo, PR. Employees engaged in marinas operations and civilians/pedestrians were exposed to struck by and caught by or in-between hazards as evidenced by the lack of traffic safety controls/information such as signs indicating speed limits, pedestrian traffic clearly posted and rumble strips/surface indentations at appropriate locations to remind drivers of speed.
