The employer did not ensure employees have access to emergency eyewash stations as required for highly corrosive/caustic chemicals on or about January 20, 2022.    b) Hanover Prest Paving Inc.  44 Bowman Road, York, PA 17408 - Employees exposed to sulfuric acid while working in the Electric Forklift Battery Charging Area, were not provided suitable facilities (eye wash containing a copious flow of water for a 15 min time period) for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. The employer did not ensure employees have access to emergency eyewash stations as required for highly corrosive/caustic chemicals on or about January 20, 2022.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
