29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) At the Warehouse's back exit aisle, on or about 1/20/2022: Pallets stacked greater than 14 feet were slanted creating a struck-by hazard should product collapse. b) At Freezer 2, Aisle 6, on or about 1/20/2022: Pallets and products were unsecured as the support bar was damaged, permitting pallet to slant and pallet pieces to fall.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: a) At Line 2, Conveyor-216, on or about 1/20/2022: Employees were exposed to nip points while retrieving sugar from bins as the conveyor belt was slacked and creating pinch point hazards should accidental contact occur. b) At Line 2, Conveyor-215, on or about 1/20/2022: Employees were exposed to nip points while retrieving cinnamon bins as the conveyor belt was slacked and thus creating pinch point hazards should accidental contact occur. c) At the Machine Shop, on or about 1/20/2022: Employees were exposed to contact with a rotating chuck when operating a Bridgeport Mill Drill, as it was unguarded.
