29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about January 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were performing masonry work while on a scaffold with open ends on multiple working levels, exposing the workers to the hazard of falling up to 58-feet to the ground below.
