The employer did not remove from service the compressed air nozzle reading at 105 psi.

29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition: (a) In the production area, on or about January 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all data plate on the Yale powered industrial truck (PIT) locally identified as PIT 30, was fully legible. Portions of the model number and serial number were worn off. Abatement provided by the employer at the time of the informal conference.
