29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about January 20, 2022, and at time prior thereto, employees worked in repair and replacement of automotive parts, and operated different machines and equipment. Work surfaces were not regularly cleaned to prevent accumulation of lead. Monitoring was conducted to ascertain lead presence and exposure. On January 20, 2022, the wipes samples were taken to ascertain lead exposure from different work surfaces, such as, but not limited to lunchrooms, body shop equipment and employees work stations and desks: a) WIPE #2 - 1,159.11 ug/ft2; b) WIPE #7 - 279.48 ug/ft2; and, c) WIPE #8 - 242.99 ug/ft2.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least: On or about January 20, 2022, and at time prior thereto, employees used compressed oxygen and fuel gas cylinders to cut, repair, replace and build automotive parts and other structures. The employer did not ensure that the compressed gas cylinders were separated when not in use. This exposed employees to fire and struck-by hazards.
