1910.22(a)(1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Solon Specialty Wire Co, on or about March 9th, 2022, at the location of 30000 Solon Rd, Solon, OH 44139: The benches in the plant floor restrooms/change rooms had surface lead levels of 41.7, 41.3, 64.0, 133.8, and 93.0 micrograms per 100 square centimeters. Employees had exposure to these surfaces while sitting to change and/or put on socks and shoes.

The benches in the change rooms had surface lead levels of 41.7, 41.3, 64.0, 133.8, and 93.0 micrograms per 100 square centimeters. Employees had exposure to these surfaces while sitting to change and/or put on socks and shoes.
