29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) Third Floor - On or about January 13, 2022, a worker was injured while performing trouble shooting on a bank of overhead L.E.D. lights powered by a 277 volt electrical circuit which was not locked out, tagged out or otherwise isolated before they commenced their duties. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
